Ï㽶´«Ã½ appreciates the U.S. Supreme Court ruling finding that the Trump administration improperly rescinded the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program in 2017.
The June 18 ruling underscores Ï㽶´«Ã½â€™s long-held belief that, rather than the executive branch acting unilaterally on this matter, Congress should go back to work on a bipartisan basis to fix this and other aspects of the broken U.S. immigration system. This should include a permanent solution that addresses the needs of DACA recipients and individuals with Temporary Protected Status, visa reform to meet the workforce needs of the roofing industry, and other immigration policies.
