Rosemont, Ill.—The �㽶��ý has announced Metal-Era, LLC and Hickman Edge Systems, owned by parent company MTL Holdings, Waukesha, Wis., have joined �㽶��ý’s One Voice initiative as partner members.

In 2017, �㽶��ý launched its One Voice initiative to unite the roofing industry and speak with one voice about matters critical to the roofing industry’s continued success.

Manufacturers, distributors, architects, engineers, consultants and service providers are invited to fully engage with �㽶��ý and actively address the industry’s most pressing issues, including workforce development and certification; effecting change in Washington, D.C.; building codes and insurance; and increasing professionalism in all industry sectors.

“�㽶��ý’s One Voice initiative offers a unique opportunity for the roofing industry to address the major issues we face,” says Reid Ribble, �㽶��ý’s CEO. “However, our work can only be accomplished with commitments from leaders from all sectors of this great industry.
