Although seasoned workers might think they are ready to take their exams without preparation, Ï㽶´«Ã½ recommends all candidates review Ï㽶´«Ã½'s PROCertification readiness resources.

Yes. The online proctored computer-based exam is available in Spanish.
Yes! Once you receive your testing authorization from Ï㽶´«Ã½, you can take your proctored exam online at any time that fits your schedule. No appointment is necessary.
The online knowledge exam is limited to two hours; however, most applicants complete the exam in about 60 minutes.
Yes; you may retake the online knowledge exam if needed after a five-day grace period. Ï㽶´«Ã½ advises candidates who fail an exam to review the Job Task Analysis, which includes a list of tasks to better prepare for the exam retake.
All scores are calculated using standard psychometric practices, and results are reported as a pass/fail score.
You must present a valid, current government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport or work authorization card. Online access will be denied without proper ID.
Ï㽶´«Ã½ only will provide general feedback, not question-specific results.
Fees
You can purchase PROCertification online by paying the full certification fee when submitting your application. Alternatively, you can opt for a recurring annual payment.
Yes. The retake fee is $199 for members and $399 for nonmembers.
Certification Renewal
Yes, every three years Ï㽶´«Ã½ PROCertified Roofing Foremen can maintain their certifications by completing and documenting a designated number of hours of system-specific work experience along with technical and safety training.
Ï㽶´«Ã½ PROCertified individuals who hold a certification in more than one roof system will need to complete maintenance for each certification held. Technical and safety training hours may be used toward the maintenance for multiple certifications if the training was completed within three years of earning each certification. A separate maintenance fee is required for each certification.
